Blautoro was founded in London, United Kingdom, from nothing but a dream and the desire to share that dream with the world.

At its core, Blautoro exists to create eyewear inspired by cities across the globe, allowing individuals to represent themselves, their roots and their identity in whichever way they choose. Every city holds a story. Every person carries one too. Blautoro exists where those stories meet.

We believe eyewear, especially sunglasses, is more than sun protection. It is a symbol of expression. It should be worn wherever, however and whenever you feel it completes your presence.

Blautoro never followed a direct path into fashion. It’s journey has been gradual - shaped by discovery, curiosity and instinct. The idea was first sparked in a Year 8 art class, from a simple baby blue piece of card paper. That moment became the origin. The vision of building a brand centred around baby blue was born there and that same card still exists today as a reminder that something meaningful can begin from almost nothing.

In 2021, our connection to eyewear deepened and sunglasses became the primary direction of the brand. We recognised their power, not just as an accessory, but as an essential part of personal style and identity.

Now, in 2026, after years of reflection, design, refinement and growth, Blautoro is ready.
